iPhone · On the App Store
Turn the commute, the road trip, or a walk around the block into a scavenger hunt. The board resets at midnight, so every day starts fresh.
What it does
Plates in their real colorsEvery state, province and country is drawn in the colors and lettering of its actual plate, so you know it at a glance.
Three regions, one boardAll 50 US states and DC, Canadian provinces and territories, or all 27 EU countries. Add Canada to the US board for trips across the border, and switch on territory, diplomatic and government plates too.
Streaks and achievementsFind one plate a day to keep the streak. Eleven achievements, from your first plate and double digits to regional sets, coast to coast in a day, and the rare perfect day, plus a seasonal one each November.
A map of your findsTurn on location and each plate drops a pin where you spotted it, with the place name and time. Optional, and off until you say otherwise.
History that adds upPast days, all-time totals, plates per day, your best day, and which plates keep eluding you.

Help, and how to reach us
The support page covers how to play and the questions that come up most —
vanishing streaks, changing regions, what counts as an “other US plate”, moving to a new
iPhone.
If the answer is not there, the form at the foot of that page reaches a real person. It
asks for the details that make the first reply a useful one.
No account required. No ads. Nothing is tracked, by us or by anyone else — the app talks to
no server but Apple’s own iCloud. See the privacy page for exactly what it
stores and where.
